Raymond Fisk is Professor & Chair of the Department of Marketing at Texas State University. Dr. Fisk is a leading researcher in the field of services marketing and management. Dr. Fisk is currently researching services marketing and management, particularly the areas of transformative service research, service design, service arts, service theater, and service history.

Steven Rayburn is an assistant professor of Marketing at the McCoy College of Business Administration, Texas State University. Dr. Rayburn’s research includes services marketing and management, sales management, service interactions, and consumer constraints.

Before joining the marketing faculty at Texas State, Linda Nasr was an Assistant Professor at the University of Manchester, UK. Dr. Nasr‘s research include topics such as service management and marketing, transformative service research (TSR), and customer feedback management.

Sidney Anderson is an Assistant Professor of Marketing. Prior to entering academia, he gained twelve years of experience in the IT industry, where he assisted in implementing enterprise resource planning systems. He is a senior professional with over 30 years of experience in service quality measurement, market research and marketing strategy formulation.
